The behavioral health peer group toolkit provides templates for several tools to convene health center peers working on behavioral health, integrated behavioral health, or substance use disorder treatment teams. the toolkit offers sample meeting agendas, notes, annual goals, and discussion topics.
Bamboo Behavioral Health Care Coordination Community resource coordination groups (crcgs) are county based groups of local partners and community members that work with parents, caregivers, youth and adults to identify and coordinate services and supports, including behavioral health, basic needs and caregiver support.
