Cincinnati Ballet Summer Intensive Audition Columbia Music Festival Students interested in joining cincinnati ballet’s professional training division are strongly encouraged to audition for and attend the summer or collegiate intensive. the 2023 2024 ptd class includes 27 students, many of whom were selected from the summer and collegiate intensives. Auditioning gives students the opportunity to be accepted into three programs: cincinnati ballet’s summer intensive, cincinnati ballet’s collegiate intensive (produced in partnership with the university of cincinnati’s college conservatory of music) and cincinnati ballet’s youth summer intensive. Audition time: 2:00 4:00 pm. check in time: 1:30 2:00 pm. eligibility: ages 11 15 as of february 1. (11 year olds must turn 12 by june 16 in order to audition.) location: cincinnati ballet, margaret and michael valentine center for dance, 1801 gilbert avenue, cincinnati, oh 45202. Students participating in an in person audition should pre register for a date and time below. pre registration for all in person auditions closes at 11:59 pm (est) the thursday prior to the audition. walk up registration will only be available in the event additional space remains.
