Restorative Care The enhanced activation program was conceptualized during consultation with community partners while discussing the aging at home strategy. it was during these consultations that gaps in service for the frail elderly were identified and the enhanced activation program was developed. To address this, bgh initiated new programs called enhanced activation in bgh's charles street site; restorative care in bgh's garden street site; and in collaboration with the community care access centre (ccac), enhanced therapies available to the patients at home from both sites.
