2016 Goals I’m very goal driven and enjoy setting myself challenges and targets to hit every year. this year i have picked out 4 words for the year alongside my goals. these words are in the front of my new diary, above my desk and in my phone. 2016 was the year i discovered the pranamat eco. i wrote all about it here and it’s still something i use on a near daily basis to help with my sleep. sleep is so important to ensure you have the energy to hustle hard throughout the day, or your chosen working hours.
My 2016 Goals 2016 Goals Goals Design I find that setting a few solid goals at the start of every year really helps me to get focused and ready to hustle hard for the year ahead. i also like to set a word for the year (i only started this as of last year). i decided that 2016 was going to be my year of focus. it went really well. Goals help center me. when i feel like life is chaotic and out of control, i pull out my goals and re focus. i know lots of people who like to pick 1 word as their theme for the year. i like the concept, but more than anything, i want to make sure my goals aren’t just random ideas. Easier said than done, but in 2016 my ultimate goal above anything else is to be happy! there you have it my 16 semi achievable goals for 2016. i think the overarching summary is that i somehow need more time. Here is my list of goals and resolutions for 2016. as you can see, i categorized my goals into different areas, to ensure that i’m making progress in every area of my life and being balanced. i also always ensure that my goals are aligned with my ultimate life plan and vision .
