Nw Dance Project Audition Summer Dance Intensive Dance Nyc Summer dance platform culminates in public ticketed showing featuring nw dance project repertoire and original creation. dancers will train, create and be mentored by our guest artists and award winning artists of nw dance project — "some of the best dancers you will ever see.". Our summer dance intensives feature nw dance project’s extraordinary roster of faculty and teaching artists. these intensives support a balanced dance training experience, focusing on technique, movement, strengthening conditioning, versatility, and creativity in an open and inclusive environment that values the individual creative process.
Summer Dance Intensive Dance Program Onstage Dance Studio There are two ways to apply audition for summer dance platform. pre registration is required for all scheduled auditions and will close 24 hours prior to audition date. priority acceptance is given to those dancers attending a live audition. there is limited capacity for live auditions and we recommend early registration. Nyc summer intensive offers two concentrations: ballet and contemporary, with no pointe work required for the contemporary program. classes include ballet, modern, pointe, variations, contemporary, improvisation, partnering (ballet and contemporary), conditioning, wellness, and dance history. All dancers applying to summer dance platform must be at least age 15 by jul 13 2025. no exceptions will be made. audition fees are non refundable. please be prepared to upload audition materials at the time of registration: – résumé – headshot photo – full body dance photo.
