Ryan White Planning Council Of The Dallas Planning Area Dallas Tx The planning council is composed of people living with hiv aids, community representatives, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, who work together to identify the most pressing needs of people living with hiv aids in their area and to develop a plan to address those needs.
