Mouse Not Detected Razer Insider I have a 2019 mbp 16” and noticed that trackpad, internal keyboard, touch bar, usb mouse, etc. all stopped working. what fixed it for me was to take all extensions in the library extensions folder and delete them from that directory and place them on my desktop. As many others i’ve lost my keyboard and mouse support after upgrading to big sur. here is the workaround i came up with. it is semi working. i have to unplug my mouse once in a while and plug it back to get it re detected. better than nothing and it is safer alternative to installing 3rd party solutions which monitor all input. After the big sur update on my imac, my razer naga trinity mouse stopped working. synapse 2 states that my device isn’t connected (it certainly is). i recently got a razer naga pro for christmas, but i think that requires synapse 3, which has no macos download version. Since updating my new mac to big sur 11.2, my mouse does not immediately connect with the mac when i switch on. the remedy is to manually switch off and on the mouse after which both mouse and keyboard work normally. I've run in to this exact problem after installing (huge mistake) the new macos big sur. only except i'm using the razer trinity. whilst i followed the guide from avaddon which helped 'detect' the mouse.
