Research shows even among those with severe eating disorders, the majority recover partially or fully with proper treatment [5]. dr. gregory jantz emphasizes that eating disorder recovery is ultimately about reclaiming your whole self, not just changing eating patterns, but healing underlying wounds and discovering who you are beyond the illness.
